Consultation
Photography is a subjective art, I strongly suggest that you give me as much
information as possible so that I can deliver what you want.
Exclusive Photographer
It is understood I am the
exclusive photographer. Anyone wishing to take pictures during the shoot will first consult me and abide by my judgement.
It is your responsibility to make sure this is enforced.
One Order
Each shoot will be considered one order no
matter how many individual parties are to receive photographs. One party will be responsible for the entire order.
Payment
Your
date will not be booked until you sign an agreement and pay a deposit. A non-refundable deposit no less than half the total
amount is due upon booking. Full payment is due on the day of the shoot. Payment for any additional orders of prints are due
upon placement of order. Payment is available through cash or check made payable to Cameron Rautmann Photography. If checks
are returned as non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $25 fee. Your date is not booked until I receive a signed
agreement and a deposit is made.
Copyright/Advertising Rights
Negatives may be purchased for $200, otherwise negatives/electronic
images and originals remain the exclusive property of Cameron Rautmann Photography. Negatives will be kept for 5 years from
date of shoot and destroyed after if not purchased. It is agreed that rights to exclusive use of negative/electronic images,
materials and reproductions, including copyrights, are reserved by Cameron Rautmann Photography. It is further agreed that
you, acting as representative for all members of the wedding party, grant me all rights for display, publication and advertising
use of still photographs taken under this agreement, even if you purchase the negatives.
Reminder
The prices listed are estimates. These estimates
are based on information available at this time. Because of changing conditions within the economy, the estimates listed are
subject to change. In the event the prices do change, I will attempt to give you notice thirty days prior to the date that
the photography is to be done. All items are subject to sales tax.
Cancellation
In the event of postponement or cancellation of
the wedding, notification is required 90 days prior to the scheduled date of the photography. The deposit shall be applied
toward services rendered within 24 months of the notification. For notification less than 90 days, the deposit shall not be
applied toward photography nor be returned.
Studio Liability
Cameron Rautmann Photography takes the utmost care with respect
to the exposure, development and delivery of photographs. However, in the event that Cameron Rautmann Photography fails to
comply with the terms of this agreement, due to negligence, accident or any other avoidable or unavoidable action in performing
the function set forth in the agreement, the studio's and/or photographer's liability is limited to refund of retainer. Loss
or damage of products during shipping is not the responsibility of Cameron Rautmann Photography. It is also understood, because
of the color fading nature of photographic sensitized materials, that Cameron Rautmann Photography and/or photographer assumes
no responsibility or liability for defects or shortcoming, including color changes or instability of the materials used and
processed in accordance with manufacturer's specification. Accordingly, for the color film and color prints, Cameron Rautmann
Photography and/or photographer disclaims the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
For all photographs, whether black & white or color, I also disclaim liability for any consequential or special damage
you may suffer, and in no event shall my liability, whether in tort or negligence, in contract or otherwise, exceed the actual
cost of materials used. If for any reason I am unable to photograph your event, an equally qualified photographer will be
chosen by Cameron Rautmann Photography. Losses during shipment of materials is not the responsibility of Cameron Rautmann
Photography.
